I had tried to made this cookies last sat. It's really very nice but I has one problem. The cookies is too 酥, it's very easy to break into small piece. Did you facing this problem?

不用客气!我用的是刀标花生油,就是可以用来炒菜的那种食油,如果找不到刀标牌的,那么改用红鹰油也是可以,只要是花生油就可以了。

ReplyDelete饼干易碎会不会是你在擀面时没有压紧呢?我觉得这个可能性比较高。我做的刚刚出炉时比较易碎,放凉了之后就定型了。下次你试下将面团压紧一点才用模印出饼干看看吧。。。
