Apam Balik



这个是我做来批发的apam balik啦~~~
内馅是花生及砂糖，食谱在这里
这个很拉姑一下，早早就卖完了耶！

批发价：RM0.25/pc （个别包装）

客人的评语：皮很软很好吃，可是砂糖太粗了一点

OK OK……下次做我会将砂糖也放进去搅碎一下啦……

    一个才25sen哦?好便宜哦，馅料好多下，偶们这边都要30到50sen一个耶~

    please take a photo with the packing.. I'm curious. Those selling in my area are put onto tray. Only the surface is covered with plastic.. I don't like that, not hygenic at all!!

    No nono.. Don't get me wrong, this is just a minor issue. I've only seen bengawan solo in s'pore doing so but yet to find any in M'sia.

    This is a Good Practise, and i'm glad you lead the way. I hate those aunty who pick this and that, press here and there...
