绿茶酥



用刚买的绿茶粉做的
奇怪,做麽不会绿绿的呢?而是变成这种泥土的颜色……
难看死了!看起来脏脏的样子。。。

这次的内馅包太少了,有点失败下……感觉好像都在吃皮……
烘出来的皮也不够酥脆,食谱有待改进

  1. Hi. I suggest you to buy green tea powder from bakery supplier only for bakery purpose, the outside one only suitable for making drinks. Guarantee satisfy.

    可以做到青色~
    一般买的绿茶粉
    做出来的都是褐色呢

  5. Hi, is me again. From my past experience, even the imported Japanese greentea powder used, the result is not as good as bakery supplier one, but the bakery supplier one is with own packing & don't know what brand. I bought mine in KL 50g for RM11.00 only.
