紫薯吐司



紫薯粉是网购买回来的。用了面包机食谱来打及发酵的面团,然后用一般吐司模烘烤
面团非常的粘手,根本卷不起来,所以只好随便给它弄个长条状就放进吐司模了
在烘烤的过程中面团发到爆炸,直接从盖子前端 “吐” 了出来!
不管它了,继续烘烤,结果不到10分钟那条 “舌头” 就被烤到焦黑,焦味还扑鼻而来……
心想等下吐司里面会不会也有焦味呢?
出炉后马上将烤焦的 “舌头” 取走,然后脱模待凉
还好里面的吐司一点焦味也没有,呵呵呵……

    ( I am repeating my comment at " Raisin butter cake ", I think u missed it.

    I am making the cake soon, need to confirm that 低筋面粉 is cake flour or superfine flour, which did u use?
    And 玉米粉 is cornstarch? Tks. Hope u can reply.

    低筋面粉是superfine flour
    cake flour是自发面粉(已加了baking powder)

    玉米粉是cornstarch没错
