奶酥包


这次不将奶酥馅包进面团里,而是将内馅压扁后铺在面团上
然后再洒上芝士碎,烘烤时满屋子都是香味~~

    Hsling, the other day u replied said u use a normal mixer to beat ur bread dougn previously. What kind of "normal" mixer do u mean? Is it those cheap ones?

    I have one pensonic. RM 89 with stand. Dunno can use to knead dough or not. Scare it cannot tahan.

    I use almost every day for 3 months to beat egg whites and some cakes now also sot sot d already...

    妳的那款搅拌机用来打小量的面团应该是可以的,因为我也有试过,不过很快变热,打打几下就要停机给它休息,很麻烦……
